Paul Jordan

I have been with PF2 Health Clubs since October 2008, where I started as a trainee and over the years I have gained my qualifications and worked my way up to become Head Personal Trainer in 2012. In February 2014 I was successful in being awarded the position of PF2 Worcester Club Manager, which was a very satisfying achievement. Then by November 2015 I was promoted to Operational Manager of Pf2 Health Clubs looking after the Malvern & Worcester Sites.

I still utilise my skills as a personal trainer alongside my management role and you will often see me on the gym floor instructing and in the studio teaching classes. I aim to make my clients work towards realistic goals and ensure these goals are achieved in the quickest possible time. I am continuously improving my knowledge of anatomy, physiology and nutrition and I am keen to introduce my clients to new training techniques.

Mia Noble

I am the proud daughter of PF2 Health Clubs and have lived and breathed it since the age of 6 when PF2 Malvern first opened. I have had a passion for sport and fitness since the age of 8 – I started as a keen Horse Rider, which turned competitive by the age of 12 which was definitely the start of my drive to succeed. I currently teach Spinning, Legs, Bums + Tums, BoxFit & PF2 HIIT.

I enjoy teaching classes and training clients as I love motivating others to their maximum potential but also having some fun at the same time.  I find it very rewarding being able to help people achieve their personal goals and am currently training one of my clients for a half marathon which I will be taking part in with her.

Michelle Burgess

I have always been interested in health and fitness and after studying for a degree at Worcester University I started working in the leisure industry. I have worked at PF2 since it all began in December 2003.  I started as a Fitness Co-ordinator, progressing to Club Manager at PF2 Malvern and I am now proud to be part of PF2 Worcester developing and supporting Paul. I have two little boys that keep me very active when I’m not in work.

I currently teach Spin and Legs, Bums and Tums which I really enjoy, and work closely with NHS referrals which is very rewarding. Helping all of our members to achieve their goals no matter how big or small is really important to me and to make sure they enjoy coming to PF2.

Harry Allen

My personal experience stems back from a hugely sport orientated upbringing by playing competitively in a number of sports such as representing Essex at county level for Tennis as well as an interest in football, golf, swimming and martial arts.

I got myself into weight training by joining PF2 as a member back in 2011 as an eager skinny 18-year-old lad with low self-esteem. Weight training gave me an outlet to reach my goal but at the same time, it built my confidence immensely. I want to use my experience to help those who are lacking that motivation and to improve their own self-confidence.

Here at PF2 as well as being a Fitness and Group Class Instructor I take NHS referral patients and classes here at Planet Fitness, which gives me great satisfaction every day, every session.

I am very passionate about helping the public with their goals in fitness, whether it is training for events or general health.

I currently teach Spinning, Box Fit, Stretch & Core and NHS classes at PF2, which I really enjoy and gain great satisfaction in seeing our members & clients push themselves to their limits.

After having loved running for a 10k events back in 2013, I have completed my first Worcester half marathon raising money for MS in April 2015.

Matt Glover

I have always had the ambition to work within sports as it has always been a big part of my life. I have been lucky enough to have some experience in several different elements of working in sports from Volunteering as an assistant PE teacher to working in two gyms. In my previous job, I worked closely with the NHS to help people of an older age ranging to 98 years old! With this comes experience of working with people for recovery after recent surgery to help them get back to their previous best.

While my time working at PF2 Health Clubs I have gained experience in different areas working mainly in a class environment with between 6-10 classes a week. I have qualified as a personal trainer and have been working with several clients with different goals ranging from sport specific training to weight loss/toning for an event.

After volunteering for 3 months, I joined the PF2 team in 2015 having been a member for 7 years before. I completed my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification at Worcester Sixth Form College and then moved on to completing my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification whilst working at PF2. I am now in the process of completing my Level 3 Leisure Management course.

I am currently building on my knowledge in Strength & Conditioning as I believe this can help my clients adapt their training effectively.

Greg Mifflin

I have always had an interest in sports from a young age, mainly football and athletics. After playing football several times a week for 8 years I decided to stop to focus on sixth form and that’s when I got into weight training. Ever since then I have been getting more and more into it and it is now a big part of my life and I enjoy training as much as possible.

I am aiming to get my qualifications at PF2 which then allows me to teach classes and work on the gym floor Then hopefully go on to get my level 3 personal training qualifications using my interests in fitness and training so that I am able to help others to reach their fitness goals and improve themselves.

Before joining the PF2 team, I was an avid gym user, and would usually be training in PF2 every day!

I’ve been really interested in Health & Fitness for the last few years, having achieved my own personal fitness goals of losing a lot of weight and training for a half-marathon which I completed for charity in October 2016.

I am a qualified Level 2 Fitness instructor and Les Mills BodyPump instructor and am currently working on completing my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification. Along with this, I am currently training for a full marathon in October 2017. At PF2, I teach BodyPump, Spinning & X-Training.

Richard Noble

Founder and owner of PF2 Health Clubs, established in 2003. As an fitness industry professional, I have specialised in the recreation and leisure sector all of my working life with experience of both public and private sectors. My ambition was to start my own club concept, so that I could realise a vision of combining public sector inclusivity with private sector quality. I created and refined the concept over a few years until I was satisfied that I had achieved the right formula.
 
I have developed a real passion for this industry to create opportunities within local communities for people to exercise, socialise and reach a better quality of life is an exciting prospect. I am proud to own two of the best gym facilities in the UK.

Rachel Noble

Having worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years both in the public and private sector I have been a director of PF2 Health Clubs since 2003. My activities have ranged from teaching swimming and gymnastics, being a lifeguard and fitness instructor to business administration and accounts. Currently I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and teach Les Mills classes; Bodypump and Bodyattack and I am also qualified in Exercise to Music, Spinning, Bodybalance and T-bow.
