PF2 Bio:
I have grown up within a large family who all enjoyed sport and exercise. Dancing was my passion from a young age, taking part in competitions and shows. At secondary school I became more interested in sport, playing for the hockey team and running cross country for county.

After going to university in Worcester I went on to have my children. This then became my focus for many years. During this time to both lose weight and improve my fitness I started running, taking part in a few half marathons and then going on to run the Atlantic coast challenge in 2016.

The Gym became a real hobby for me in 2017 where I discovered my love for weight training. I would love to be able to inspire and encourage others so they could understand and feel the benefits of training. My own personal fitness journey has had a massive impact in wanting to see others achieve personal goals no matter how big or small.

The classes I teach are Spinning, Legs Bums and Tums & Boxfit.
