PF2 Bio:
I have always had an interest in sports from a young age, mainly being football. After playing football several times a week for 8 years I decided to stop to focus on college work and that is when I got into weight training. Ever since then I have been getting more and more into it and it is now something I try and do and enjoy as much as possible always trying to better myself and constantly improve.

I have recently become a level 2 fitness instructor and passed qualifications as both a Spinning instructor as well as a Kettlebell instructor and teach classes on both of these. I am currently training towards becoming a personal trainer at PF2. I enjoy using my own interests and experiences in fitness and training to help people achieve their own fitness goal and help them feel more confident in the gym and in themselves.
