Mia Noble

I am the proud daughter of PF2 Health Clubs and have lived and breathed it since the age of 6 when PF2 Malvern first opened. I have had a passion for sport and fitness since the age of 8 – I started as a keen Horse Rider, which turned competitive by the age of 12 which was definitely the start of my drive to succeed. I currently teach Spinning, Legs, Bums + Tums, BoxFit & PF2 HIIT.

I enjoy teaching classes and training clients as I love motivating others to their maximum potential but also having some fun at the same time.  I find it very rewarding being able to help people achieve their personal goals and am currently training one of my clients for a half marathon which I will be taking part in with her.

Lucy Mansfield

As the new Fitness and Wellbeing Assistant at PF2 I am extremely excited to be starting my new career with such a unique, friendly and welcoming gym, who really dedicate themselves to the individual. Coming from a theatrical background where I was a Theatre Technician for 6 years, health and fitness has been an integral part of my everyday routines and having my interests progress further it was time to take that enthusiasm and turn it into a career.

Classes which I enjoy here at PF2 are spinning and body pump which I look forward to teaching as a part of my training. My goals after completing my Level 2 Fitness Instructing is to then work towards a Level 3, gain more knowledge in the nutritional side of health and to run my own exercise to music, utilising my knowledge of dancing such as salsa. Ultimately I want to motivate people and to share my passion for health and fitness to make a difference to the individuals lifestyle.

I now lead; HIIT, NHS, PF2-X & Spinning classes.

Greg Mifflin

I have always had an interest in sports from a young age, mainly football and athletics. After playing football several times a week for 8 years I decided to stop to focus on sixth form and that’s when I got into weight training. Ever since then I have been getting more and more into it and it is now a big part of my life and I enjoy training as much as possible.

I am currently working towards my Level 3 Personal Training qualification and I am now aiming to use my interests in fitness and training so that I am able to help others to reach their fitness goals and improve themselves.

Seb Robert

After volunteering for 3 months, I joined the PF2 team in 2015 having been a member for 7 years before. I completed my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification at Worcester Sixth Form College and then moved on to completing my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification whilst working at PF2. I also have a qualification in Level 3 Leisure Management.

I am currently teaching Spinning. I use training techniques and skills that I have been taught, which I have used in my own training which I believe can help my clients adapt their training to their specific goals. I like to provide my clients with varied sessions and always try to keep up-to-date with the industry both for myself, members and clients.

Emily Wall

Exercise has always been important to me, growing up with very competitive siblings. I was a keen Dancer from the age of five and took part in many competitions during my childhood. Throughout school I enjoyed all sports, running for county and competing with the hockey team.

Age 21 I went to university and achieved a degree in Health and Psychology and following this I went on to have a family. I started running at age 30 and felt that this had a positive impact on improving both my physical and mental well being whilst helping me lose weight.  I trained hard and went on to complete three marathons, which is when I decided a career in the fitness industry was something I wanted. I became a member of PF2 approximately 2 years ago, and meeting like-minded people is what has encouraged me to complete my NVQ level 2 in health and fitness.

Paul Jordan

I have been working for PF2 Health Clubs since October 2008, where I started as a trainee and over the years I have gained my qualifications and worked my way up to become Head Personal Trainer in 2012.

I utilize my skills as a personal trainer and you will often see me on the gym floor instructing. I aim to make my clients work towards realistic goals and ensure these goals are achieved in the quickest possible time. I am continuously improving my knowledge of anatomy, physiology and nutrition and I am keen to introduce my clients to new training techniques.

Josh Bennett

I have recently joined the PF2 team as an Apprentice fitness instructor. During my Apprenticeship I hope to improve my skills and gain experience within the health and fitness industry, so that I am able to help and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals. I enjoy weight training and I regularly train in Martial arts which I started at the age of 5. During my martial arts training I have had the opportunity to begin instructing groups which is what initially interested me in this industry and to pursue it as a career.

During my time at PF2 I am aiming to give members the best possible experience and do the best to help them with their goals. Once I have completed my Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification I aim to start instructing classes and go onto complete a Level 3 Qualification to become a Personal Trainer.

Stu Leng

I have worked in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years in various roles. This is my 7th year working for PF2 as a class instructor and personal trainer. My classes and training sessions are suitable for members of all abilities, including children.

I have a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and have trained competitors for all types of indoor and outdoor fitness events for nearly 20 years. I am also involved in the organisation and commentary of various x-training events. We have a significant number of participants here at PF2 to train with you and support you.

Rachel Noble

Having worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years both in the public and private sector I have been a director of PF2 Health Clubs since 2003. My activities have ranged from teaching swimming and gymnastics, being a lifeguard and fitness instructor to business administration and accounts. Currently I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and teach Les Mills classes; Bodypump,Bodybalance and Bodyattack and I am also qualified in Exercise to Music, Spinning, Bodybalance and T-bow.

Rachel Orme

As a well-qualified Personal Trainer, I enjoy helping people to achieve their goals whether it be weight loss, recovering from an injury, running a marathon or any other sport specific goal.

Having run for twenty-five years and completing many marathons, half marathons and off-road races, I found myself helping others, which led me to qualify as a fitness instructor and evolve to where I am today.

I have worked within the fitness industry for 12 years, retiring from my post as a Registered General Nurse, within the NHS, in 2014 after nearly 30 years’ service.

I am Level 6 qualified in Diabetes Care, Level 3/4 qualified in Personal Training, Sports Conditioning, Sports Massage, GP Referral Exercise Prescription, Pilates, Pilates for Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, Yoga, Pre and Post Natal Exercise and Level 2 Qualified in Exercise to Music and Step.
