Michelle Burgess

I have always been interested in the health and fitness and after studying for a degree at Worcester University I started working in the leisure industry. I have worked at PF2 since it all began in December 2003.  I was Club Manager at PF2 Malvern then after my maternity leave I took on a role as assistant manager at PF2 Worcester, I have now come back over to manage Malvern. I enjoy running and completed my first half marathon this year.

I currently teach Spin and Legs, Bums and Tums which I really enjoy, and work closely with NHS referrals which is very rewarding. Helping all of our members to achieve their goals no matter how big or small is really important to me and to make sure they enjoy coming to PF2.

Lucy-Jane Aris

Here at PF2 as well as being a Fitness and Group Class Instructor and fully qualified Personal Trainer, I take NHS referral patients and classes here at Planet Fitness, which gives me great satisfaction every day, every session.

I am very passionate about helping the public with their goals in fitness, whether it is training for events or general health.

I currently teach Spinning, Stretch & Core, X-Training and NHS classes at PF2, which I really enjoy and gain great satisfaction in seeing our members & clients push themselves to their limits.

After having loved running for a 10k events back in 2013, I have completed my first Worcester half marathon raising money for MS in April 2015.

Megan Judge

I am very passionate about exercise and fitness, a keen runner, I participate in various events from track competitions to ultra marathons. I like a challenge and push myself to achieve goals.

I have been in the fitness industry since 2011 and a personal trainer since 2014. I have recently passed my qualification in sports massage and reflexology, which has helped me gain even more knowledge as a personal trainer. The philosophy I abide by is ‘pain is temporary, pride is forever’. This is what I remind myself when I train for events. The motivation and enthusiasm I have as an instructor will drive you to your goals, emphasising the ‘practice what you preach’ philosophy that I abide by.

After volunteering for 3 months, I joined the PF2 team in 2015 having been a member for 7 years before. I completed my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification at Worcester Sixth Form College and then moved on to completing my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification whilst working at PF2. I am now in the process of completing my Level 3 Leisure Management course.

I am currently building on my knowledge in Strength & Conditioning as I believe this can help my clients adapt their training effectively.

Mia Noble

I am the proud daughter of PF2 Health Clubs and have lived and breathed it since the age of 6 when PF2 Malvern first opened. I have had a passion for sport and fitness since the age of 8 – I started as a keen Horse Rider, which turned competitive by the age of 12 which was definitely the start of my drive to succeed. I currently teach Spinning, Legs, Bums + Tums, BoxFit & PF2 HIIT.

I enjoy teaching classes and training clients as I love motivating others to their maximum potential but also having some fun at the same time.  I find it very rewarding being able to help people achieve their personal goals and am currently training one of my clients for a half marathon which I will be taking part in with her.

Before joining the PF2 team, I was an avid gym user, and would usually be training in PF2 every day!

I’ve been really interested in Health & Fitness for the last few years, having achieved my own personal fitness goals of losing a lot of weight and training for a half-marathon which I completed for charity in October 2016.

I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Les Mills BodyPump Advanced Instructor. I am also a fully qualified Bootcamp Instructor. At PF2, I teach BodyPump, Spinning & Legs Bums & Tums.

Greg Mifflin

I have always had an interest in sports from a young age, mainly football and athletics. After playing football several times a week for 8 years I decided to stop to focus on sixth form and that’s when I got into weight training. Ever since then I have been getting more and more into it and it is now a big part of my life and I enjoy training as much as possible.

I am currently working towards my Level 3 Personal Training qualification and I am now aiming to use my interests in fitness and training so that I am able to help others to reach their fitness goals and improve themselves.

Leonie Walker

I have recently joined the pf2 team as an apprentice after being a member for four years. I have a passion for all sports one particularly being football, which I have been playing since a young age and has had a big impact on my decision to work in the fitness industry.

Throughout this apprenticeship I will be able to expand my knowledge which is my aim so that I am able to help those of all abilities  to have success in their training and get to where they want to be.

Once having completed my apprenticeship I will have a level 2 qualification in fitness instructing. Once I have completed this I would like to go on and teach all classes but specifically teach both spinning and the NHS class. I am very passionate about helping individuals reach their goals this is why I have such an interest in these classes and this job overall as it allows me to do this.

Richard Noble

Founder and owner of PF2 Health Clubs, established in 2003. As an fitness industry professional, I have specialised in the recreation and leisure sector all of my working life with experience of both public and private sectors. My ambition was to start my own club concept, so that I could realise a vision of combining public sector inclusivity with private sector quality. I created and refined the concept over a few years until I was satisfied that I had achieved the right formula.
 
I have developed a real passion for this industry to create opportunities within local communities for people to exercise, socialise and reach a better quality of life is an exciting prospect. I am proud to own two of the best gym facilities in the UK.

Rachel Noble

Having worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years both in the public and private sector I have been a director of PF2 Health Clubs since 2003. My activities have ranged from teaching swimming and gymnastics, being a lifeguard and fitness instructor to business administration and accounts. Currently I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and teach Les Mills classes; Bodypump,Bodybalance and Bodyattack and I am also qualified in Exercise to Music, Spinning, Bodybalance and T-bow.
