Workout of the Week – Abs by Mia

This week’s workout of the week is a 15 minute ab blast circuit to strengthen your core

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds one after the other without breaks in a circuit. Perform the circuit 4 times with a 30 second – 1 minute rest in between.

Decline sit-ups (with or without plate / kettle bell)
Decline russian twists with kettle bell
Fit ball plank
Fit ball knee tucks
