Workout of the Week – Arms by Greg

This week’s work out of the week is by Greg, a quick 30 – 45 min workout to get those arms pumped. Either go heavy and do 8 reps or go a little lighter and increase reps. Have a short rest in between sets.

3 x 8-12 EZ Bar Curls
3 x 8-12 Hammer Curls
3 x 8-12 V-Bar Pushdown
3 x 8-12 Tricep Machine Pushdown
3 x To Fail Bench Dips
