Workout of the Week – Circuit by Cam

This week’s workout of the week is a circuit in our fitness studios. Members are free to use the studios to their heart’s content when free.

Ask a member of staff if you need help getting set up.

This circuit is great for both cardio and strength.
1 minute on, 30 seconds off. 1 minute rest between circuits. Perform each exercise once per circuit. Perform the circuit 5 to 10 times depending on how much you are looking to workout.
