Workout of the Week – Push Day by Emily
A popular workout option is to split your workouts into 3 areas – push day, pull day and legs day.
This weeks workout of the week is an example push day. A push day consists of a range of exercies that are a pushing away motion. It usually include chest, shoulders and triceps.
